Can I use EasyKanban with my team today?
Yes. You can invite people to a board right now with admin, editor or viewer roles, and everyone sees changes live. The free plan covers 3 boards with 3 members each, Pro removes both limits. What does not exist yet is the company layer around it: a shared workspace, central user management and per seat billing on invoice. That is exactly what this page is about.
What will the Team plan cost?
We are aiming at roughly 9 euro per person per month with a minimum of 3 people, but the price is not final. That is one of the things we want to hear from you. Everyone who joins the early-access list keeps founding pricing when it launches.
Where is our data stored?
In the EU. The database and file storage run in Stockholm on Supabase infrastructure. There is no third-party analytics SDK on the site and nothing is sold or handed to advertisers. You can export your boards as CSV at any time.
Can we get a DPA for GDPR?
A data processing agreement is part of the Team plan and one of the first things being prepared. If you need one before that, write to us and we will sort it out directly.
Do the AI features send our data to the US?
Only if you use them. Voice-to-Card sends the recording to OpenAI for transcription, so it leaves the EU for that request. Every other feature stays within EU infrastructure, and the Team plan will let an admin switch the AI features off for the whole company.
We use Trello or Asana today. Is moving worth it?
Only if your problem is that the tool is too heavy rather than too light. EasyKanban is deliberately just a board: no timelines, portfolios or automation rules. Teams switch because people stopped updating the old tool, not because they need more features.
