Provide and maintain the EasyKanban service

Store and sync your boards, cards, and settings
Process payments for Pro subscriptions via Stripe
Send essential service notifications
Improve our product and user experience

Your data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. Payment information is processed securely through Stripe and never stored on our servers.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We only share data with:

GitHub - for authentication purposes
Stripe - for payment processing (Pro plan only)
Supabase - for data storage and hosting
PostHog - for anonymous analytics to improve the product

We use cookies and analytics tools to understand how users interact with EasyKanban. This helps us improve the product. Analytics are anonymized and do not personally identify you.

Delete your account and all associated data
Export your boards and cards

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will permanently delete all your data within 30 days.
